With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles D. Hoercher of Granite City, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert A. Hoercher and Tommie Mae Hoercher (Daugherty); and his brother Delbert Wayne Hoercher. He is survived by: his wife Brenda S. Hecht-Hoercher (Browning); his son Patrick Hoercher (Katie) of Houston, Texas; his stepchildren, David Hecht (Sarah) of Mascoutah and Kristen Cole (Erik) of Collinsville; his grandchildren, Bhrett, Scarlett, Cameron, Delaney and Lakelyn; and his brother John Michael Hoercher (Colleen) of Mascoutah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Life Church (4650 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040).
