He is survived by: his sons, Kurt Clark of Granite City and Kyle Clark of Granite City; his siblings, Belinda Boatwright (Kevin) of Mitchell, Cassie Hays of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Richard Hays of Sikeston, Don Hays (Kim) of Maryville, Kenny Hays (Felicia) of Jeffersonville and Derrick Hays (Jennifer) of Collinsville; and his close friends, George Maxey of Granite City and Frank Hays of Granite City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
