He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Dalton and Calandina Hayes (Laratta); his grandson Joshua Chenevert; his great grandchild Braylon Mora; and his siblings, Charles Dalton, Lawrence Dalton Sr. and Rita C. Dalton.
He is survived by: his children, Kammy Chenevert (Christopher) of Maryville and Daniel Dalton Jr. of Godfrey; his grandchildren, Brittany and Ashton Dalton; his great grandchild Aliyah Taylor; and his sisters, Sheila A. Hippey (Gil) and Barbara F. Cooper (Donald Sr) of Glen Carbon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
