He was predeceased by : his parents, David Litchfield and Thelma Osborne (Dooley); his siblings, Ruby Osborne and Steven Osborne; his parents-in-law, Brenda Holmes and Jerry Jordan; and his brother-in-law Jerry Jordan, Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Rhonda Jordan; his children, Matt Osborne (Laurie), Lindsay Orlando (Chico), Nicholas Bonk (Shannon) and Kenneth Bonk (Kassie); his grandchildren, Sophia, Luca Osborne, Adrianna, Nico, Amelia Grace Orlando and Jayden Bonk; his siblings, Nancy Osborne, Kathy Odell (Ralph), Derwin (Sherry), Virgil and Michael Osborne; his father-in-law Bob Holmes; and his sister-in-law Melissa Weller.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out to Rhonda Osborne to fulfill David's final wishes.
