She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Crane and Ethel "Jane" Crane; her nephew Adam Horner; her in-laws, Richard Carney, Sr. and Alyne Carney; and her brother-in-law Timothy P. Carney.
She is survived by: her husband Richard T. Carney, Jr. of Joseph's Catholic Church; her children, Jaime Leith (Ian) of Berwyn, Richard Carney III (Lindsay) of Glen Carbon and Scott Carney (Sarah) of Troy; her grandchildren, Ella, Dylan, Jack, Claire and Grace Carney; and her siblings, Vivian Wilson, Barbara Horner and John Crane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (2606 Washington Ave, Granite City, IL 62040).
