She was predeceased by: her father Robert Paul; and her sister Paula Newberry. She is survived by: her children, Monica R. Ducasse (Adrian) of Granite City and Marvin W. Buckingham Jr. (Carrie) of Marissa, IL; her grandchildren, Brittany Arnold (Ben), Simon, Cheyenna, Andrew, Emily and Robert Wesley Buckingham; her great grandchildren, Zakary and Izabella Arnold; and her sister Barbara McKelley of Granite City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis.
