We announce the death of Dennis R. Hogan of Granite City, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2026, at the age of 74. Dennis will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Francis Hogan and Mary Margaret Stacey; his siblings, Ronald Hogan, Brian Hogan and Ann Hogan; his nephew Joseph Hogan; and his great-niece DeDe Barron.

He is survived by: his sons, Bradley Hogan and Matt Hogan of Granite City, IL; his brothers, Raymond Hogan (Rose) of Cobden, IL and Mike Hogan of Belleville, IL; and his sister-in-law Karen Hogan (Cynthia Purkaple) of Freeburg, IL. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kassly Mortuary, Ltd. (9900 St Clair Ave, Fairview Heights, IL 62208). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
