She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Smith and Ruth Ann McEntyre (Bain); her husband Earl Brown; her stepfather Vernon McEntyre; her daughter Erica Brown; and her sisters, Rebecca Hutchins and Lynn Dunn.
She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Brown of St. Louis; her siblings, Terry McEntyre (Shannon) of Granite City, Paul McEntyre (Tara) of Granite City, Debra Smith of Granite City, Lisa Strom (Mike Wood) of Granite City, Connie Clevenger (Terry) of Granite City and Delta Vines (David) of St. Louis; and her pet Bobo. She is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the American Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or to St. Jude Children's Hospital and may be accepted at the funeral home.
