He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dotzauer and Minnie Dotzauer (Busch); his wife Marie Dotzauer (Manguso); his son Dale James Dotzauer of Granite City, Illinois; and his siblings, Howard Dotzauer, Hazel Roessler of Columbia, Illinois. and Myrtle Schneider of Columbia, Illinois..
He is survived by: his son Donald Dotzauer of Manchester; his significant other Vickie Wallace of Granite City; and his grandchildren, Jessica Grimm (Stephan), Laura Dotzauer, Meagan Williams (Jacob) and Christopher Dotzauer (Georgia). He is also survived by great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; extended family members; and countless dear friends.
