She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Kibort and Anna Kibort (Mernick); her husband John Joseph Jakich; her son Michael John Jakich; and her siblings, Edward Mitchell, Albert Kibort, Louis Kibort, Pauline Nichols and Juanita Fett.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Gann (Raymond Crumer); her granddaughters, Jennifer Lynn (Justin Westhoff) and Maya Emma Gann-Bociek (Luke Skalisius); and her great grandchildren, Shannon Westhoff, Gwendolyn Westhoff and John Westhoff.
Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
