He is survived by : his children, Lora Del Rio (Jacob) of Edwardsville, IL, Tyler Smallman of Atlanta, GA and Emily Smallman (Twon Nixon) of Granite City, IL; his brother Jack Smallman (Joan) of New Braunfels, Texas; and his grandsons, Henry Franklin Del Rio and Arthur Eugene Smallman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many wonderful friends.
