He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Garrett and Mary Elizabeth Garrett (Casey); and his stepson Michael. He is survived by: his wife Melody R. Edgars; his children, Tony Garrett (Dixie), Bryan Garrett (Traci), Chris Garrett (Tammy) and Axzaillya Bazzell; and his stepdaughters, Michelle and Tammy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
