He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Elbert and Veronica Kelley (Ponsett); and his wife Deborah Kelley. He is survived by: his significant other Lola Anna Crowder (Cory); his sister Donna; and his siblings-in-law, Charles, Donna Crowder of Springfield, Dawn, John Fisher of Granite City, Tina and Brent Tiffany of Florissant, Missouri. He is also survived by several step-great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other extended family and many friends.
Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children and may be accepted at the funeral chapel.
