He was predeceased by : his parents, Irme Stevens and Irene Stevens; and his former life partner Sally Ann Flowers. He is survived by : his children, Theresa Uzunoff and Frank Stevens; and his granddaughter Madelyne Podraza of Granite City. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
