He is survived by: his spouse Terry Padgett; his children, Nancy Bickel (Eric), Kelly Brice, Nathan Padgett (Rocky Hollenback) and Amber Evans (Eric); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Foltz, Madison Padgett, Mitchell, Hunter Bickel, Austin Padgett (Tori), Daniel Brice (Aulbrey), Destiny Brice, Taylor Meagher, Trenton Padgett, Bailey, Leah Evans and Valerie Padgett; his great grandchildren, Natalie Padgett and Sutton Brice; and his siblings, Susan Rainwater (Randy), Tammy, Norman, Jason Padgett and Julie Bieser.
