She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Macko and Irene Macko (Reed); and her brothers-in-law, Michael Peterson, Ed Streicher and Wally Bator.
She is survived by: her husband Harry S. Peterson of Mary's Catholic Church; her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Lorri Peterson of Granite City; her daughter Laura M.; her son-in-law Kevin Warren of Collinsville; her grandchildren, Briya and Blakelee Peterson of Granite City; her siblings, Joann (Rich Peck), Mary Macko (Elaine Streicher) of Granite City and Joe; her siblings-in-law, Sherry Macko of Granite City, David Peterson of Rancho Mirage, California and Linda Bator of Belleville; her nephew Michael (Nikki Peterson) of Caseyville; and her aunt Lorraine Estey of Maine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; cousins; other extended family; church family and many friends.
