He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Hesse and Jeanette Hesse; his siblings, Joan (Ron Greifzu) and Richard; his brother-in-law Jack Nixon (Toni Nixon); his sons, Jim Jr. (Janette), Dave (Susan) of Hampstead, NC., Jay (Sharon), Bob (Dawn) of Cottleville, MO. and Dan (Tamara) of Woodstock, GA.; and his family Cardinals. He was also cherished by his five sons and their families, his 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and his lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in honor of James.
