He was predeceased by: his parents, A. C. Weldon and Mary Ella Weldon (Duff); and his brothers, A. C. Weldon Jr. and Jackie Lynn Weldon. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Weldon Jr. of Carlyle, Jeanette Childs (Tracy) of Florida, Jackie Weldon of Granite City, Neil Weldon (Misty) of Florida and Julia Weldon of Granite City; his sisters, Mary Borgman (Sam) of Mountain View, Janice McKee (Billie) of Plainview, Joan Moesner (Brian) of Oldfield and Deborah Elam (Dewayne) of Vandalia; his friend Nancy Westbrook of Granite City; his uncle Larry; and his aunt Sue Weldon (Jerry) of Troy. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Weldon family or to a charity of one's choice and may be accepted at the funeral home.
