She was predeceased by: her parents, Durrell Justice and Pearl Louise Justice (Gilleand); her husband Robert B. Jarman; her son-in-law Khamphanh Khammanivong; and her siblings, Marilyn Justice, Kevin Justice, Joyce Justice, David Justice, Judy Crider, Anita Lewis, Mary Lindsay and Alfred Justice.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy R. Khammanivong of Mitchell, Robert K. Jarman (Diana) of Wood River, Bryan K. Jarman of Granite City and Tracy L. "Chig" Jarman (Rachael) of Glen Carbon; her grandchildren, Chelsea Benz, Danielle Peterson (Jake), Heather Ozanich (Joey), Tiffany Khammanivong and Brandon Khammanivong; her great grandchildren, Landen Taylor, Kaysen Taylor, Austin Khammanivong, Bailey Peterson, Griffin Peterson and Maverick Peterson; and her siblings, Richard Justice, Jackie Schofield, Margie Margrabe, Duane Justice, Von Justice and Gary Justice. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Partners for Pets.
