He is survived by: his daughter Izabelle Sweazey of Granite City, Illinois; and his brothers, Terry Sweazey (Keri) of Granite City and Dave Johnson of Vandalia, Missouri. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
