With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Ann Jones of Granite City, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Ray and Ruth Ann Duley (Schaffer); her daughter Alberta Jones; her grandson Leonard Tewolde; her great grandchild Timothy Pack; and her siblings, Lois Marie Duley, Gladys "Nadine" Shafer, Mary Fail, Jimmie Dale Duley, Arthur Shafer, Elgin Duley and Walter G. Duley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Tewolde Sr. (Iob) of St. Louis, MO, Janet Butchee, Ruth Holmes and Beverly Jones of Granite City; her grandchildren, Iob Jr., Braden Tewolde, Brandi Jones, Krista Jones-May, Mackenzie Butchee, Nicholas Butchee, Amanda Jones, Heather, Chantel, Joe Holmes, Scott and Caleb Meyers; and her sister Rosetta "Rose" Lambert of Fenton, MO. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
