Kathryn Pinegar Greene Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2025, at the age of 100, Kathryn Pinegar Greene of Granite City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver "Buster" Goodwin and Eva Goodwin (Stille); her spouse Raliegh Pinegar; and her sisters, Billie Jean Townsend and Betty Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, John Pinegar (Pamela) of Edwardsville, IL, Patricia Pinegar of Maryville, IL and Debra Coy (Mark) of Maryville, IL; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Arnold (Craig), Justin Pinegar (Jessica), Andrew Pinegar, Blake Pinegar, Amy Ellis (Aaron), TJ Lybarger (Bethany), April Haddix (Ryan), Mark Coy (Christina) and Melissa Earnest (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Ben, Eli, Issac, Courtney (Kevin), Taylor (Seth), Grace, Gage, Faith, James, Kathryn, Mila, Ellaina, Charlie and Sabrina; and her great great grandchildren, Rory, Barrett and Kipton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given to BJC Hospice.
