He was predeceased by : his parents, Truman E. Hord and Bonnie L. Hord (Bywater). He is survived by : his wife Betty M. Hord (Boyster); his children, Chrissy Clifton of Granite City and Truman Devon Hord of Granite City; his grandchildren, Mason Lee Clifton and Marinna Jackson; his sister Julie; and his brother-in-law Tony Courtoise of Mineral Point, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children and may be accepted at the funeral home.
