He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Potts and Ruth Potts (Pinnick); and his daughter Melody Diane Davis. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Potts (Mitchell); his children, Larry Lee Potts (Karen) of Long Beach, Melissa D. Potts of Granite City and Matthew A. Potts (Sarah) of Troy, Illinois; his grandchildren, Daniel, Katelyn, Johnathan, Zane, Lilly and Michael; and his brothers, Frank Potts (Betsy) of Ocala and Steve Potts of Bedford, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
