He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Mitchem and Ella Miller (Converse); his wife Joyce Elkins; his daughter Deanna Mitchem Patrick of Ohio; his grandchildren, Valerie Patrick and Conner McKinney; his stepdaughter Deborah Kirton of Salina, KS; and his siblings, Earl Dean Miller of Granite City, Norma Gaines (Gary) of Granite City, Robert Mitchem, James Aaron Miller and Peggy Hodge. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers but friends may make a donation to a charity of their choice.
