He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Bilbrey and Dorothy "Vicky" Bilbrey (Caruso); his son Tom Bilbrey; and his brother Charlie Bilbrey. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte M. Bilbrey (Weber); his children, Theresa Browning of South Roxana, Robert "Bob" Bilbrey (Theresa) of Granite City, Jeanne Bilbrey of Granite City, Paul Bilbrey of Granite City, David Bilbrey of Granite City and Margaret "Maggie" Bilbrey of Granite City; his grandchildren, Paul Browning, Mike Browning, Tim Crisel, Jon Crisel, Tony Bilbrey, Megan Langendorf and Brad Anderson; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Autumn, Christopher, Ariana, Jayden, Kalin, Willow, Jon and Bane; and his brother Claude Bilbrey of Greensburg, Indiana. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to the family and may be accepted at the funeral chapel.
