He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Revelle and Lillian Black (Martin); his brother Denny; his sister-in-law Wanda Revelle; and his sister Tresa Cato.

He is survived by: his wife Karyn Revelle (Kelly); his children, Travis Revelle (Laura) of St. Louis, Missouri, Kyle Revelle (Meagan Henderson) of Edwardsville, Illinois, Seth Boynton of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Garrett Boynton of Whitehouse, Texas.; his grandchildren, Jude and Lennon Revelle; his sister Denise Owens; and his brother-in-law Joel Cato. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; extended family; and countless friends.

Memorials may be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
