It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd James Williams of Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde J. Williams and Juanita V. Williams (Warden); his son Jason Williams; his siblings, Leroy Williams, Joyce Rodgers and Floyd Williams; and his daughter-in-law Ginger DeWitt.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Williams (Green); and his children, Lynnette Govero (Judd), Christel Paustian, James "Jim" Williams (Cathy), Angela Williams (Mike Crain), Jamie Freeman (Darrell), Wayne DeWitt (Regina), Stacy Hinrichs (David) and William "Bill" DeWitt. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
