It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois E. Lupardus of Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Austin; her husband Homer B. Lupardus; her son George Biggs Jr.; and her siblings, Joseph Allen Austin, Lester Austin, Kenneth "Jigger" Austin, Lillian "Francis" Williams, Jewell Barnhart and Violet "Polly" Wills.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Cook (Don) of Granite City, Debbie Hamm (Terry) of Granite City, Illinois and Rick Biggs (Shirley) of Nashville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Michael Hall, Brandi Beebe, George Biggs III, Mitzi Perkinson, Aaron Ballard, Josh Biggs, Jason Biggs, Christine Miles, Julie Lane and Joseph Hamm; and her siblings, Marvin Austin of Indian Mound, Larry Austin (Kay) of Clarksville, Gary "Bill" Austin (Marissa) of Woodlawn, Roger Austin of Belgrade, James Austin of Donnellson, Illinois, Elsie Toler of Woodlawn and Shirley Smart of Clarksville, Tennessee.. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; 12 great- great grandchildren.
