She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Thomas and Elsie Marie Cook (Williams); her spouse Lee Roy Dunham; her daughter Rhana Gayle Derr; her son-in-law Michael Derr; and her sister Vanessa Gail Mercer.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jackson Derr (Courteney) of Pontoon Beach and Mayah Lynette Derr of Branson, Missouri; her great grandchild Jacopo Salato; her brother Douglas Cook of Granite City; her brother-in-law Michael Mercer; and her close friend Rosemary McBride. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; other extended family members; and many dear friends.
