He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry E. Skinner and Elizabeth Sneed (Reed); and his stepparents, Claire "Vicki" Skinner and Glen Sneed. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Skinner (Sands); his sons, Timothy Skinner (Hollie Edwards) of St. Louis and Joe Skinner (Dina Skinner) of Glen Carbon, Illinois; his granddaughter Sara Skinner; and his brothers, Craig (Carla Skinner) and Paul (Myra Skinner). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other extended family.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association and may be accepted at the funeral chapel.
