She is survived by: her daughter Jody Lynn Sawyer; her grandson Ronald D. Sawyer; her sisters, Nina Foreman and Sandy Carter; her son-in-law David Sawyer; and her close friend Shirley Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
