He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Ralph and Ruth Overturf (Jenkins); his grandparents, Earl Page, Vida Haacke (Page), Edgar and Virgina Cyr (Raspillar); his aunt Reah McKinney; his cousin Nikki Seyferth; and his friend Smitty.

He is survived by: his parents, Michael L Page and Terry Page (Cyr); his daughter Natalie Page; his brother James Page; his aunts and uncles, Leah Seyferth (Doug), Barbara Kerley (Richard), Renae Bauer (Jeff), Mary Lorette Cyr, Paul Cyr (Asia), John Cyr (Carol), Rose Appello (Frank), Joe Cyr (Michelle), Bern Cyr and Chris Cyr; his cousins, Christy Snider, Kevin Seyferth and Ashton Bauer; and his brother Southern of Illinois.
