He was predeceased by: his mother Vicki Smith (Doughtery); and his grandparents, Jane Elliott, Paul and Norma Smith. He is survived by: his father Paul Smith (Sandra Blanner) of St. Louis, MO; his son Michael Paul Smith, Jr. of Granite City, IL; his girlfriend Jennie Orender of Granite City, IL; and his siblings, Craig Smtih (Sarah Stroup) of St. Louis, MO, Jeffrey Smith (Kathy) of St. Louis, MO and JJ Baucom of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
