She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse B. Wellen and Josephine L. Wellen (Wellinghoff); her sister Betty Schulte; her brother-in-law Hubert Schulte; and her brother Kenny Wellen.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Singleton (Linda) and Tammy Singleton; her grandchildren, Erik Singleton and Erin Forbes (Singleton); her brothers, Roger Wellen (Celie) and David Wellen (Bonnie); and her sister-in-law Brenda Wellen. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nordike Funeral Home (15 E Hanover St, New Baden, IL 62265). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery.
