It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orvile Eugene Copeland of Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvile Claude Copeland and Lillie Kathryn Curtright (Malloy); his son Orvile Copeland, Jr.; his granddaughter Amanda Copeland; and his siblings, Harvey Copeland and Jeanette "Susie" Sechrest.
He is survived by: his wife Della Rose Leonard; and his daughters, Tammy Wilkinson of Granite City, Melissa Young (Lenny) of Granite City and Katherine Copeland (Keith Volkmann) of St. Charles, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
