O'Dowd of Granite City, IL; his stepchildren, Cohran Virthwright (Keisha) of Las Vegas, NV and Tanesha Hall of Belleville, IL; and his siblings, Kathleen M. O'Dowd of Needville, TX and Timothy B. O'Dowd of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
