He is survived by: his sons, Robert Stallard of Meridian and Todd Stallard of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Rebecca Stallard of Texas and Joshua Stallard of Northwest Arkansas; his sister Susan; and his brother-in-law Glen Jones of Ohio.
