He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cecil Waller and Wilma Shirline Waller (Webb). He is survived by: his wife Debra Waller of Granite City; his children, Robin Wangelin (Rick) of Belleville and Jason Waller (Sarah) of Granite City; his grandchildren, Haley Wangelin, Ashley Wangelin of Belleville, Alison Waller and Clayton Waller of Granite City; his sister Sharon Hill (Dan) of North Carolina; his brother-in-law Donald Frazer (Virginia) of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan Frazer (Marybeth), Malayna Wade (Jordan) of St. Louis and Shelly Bower.
Memorial donations may be made to Sterling Baptist Church and will be accepted at the funeral chapel. Keep Richard's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
