She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Tipton and Viola Tipton (Wall); her husband Edward Lee Hall; her sibling Besides; and her son-in-law Larry Chamness.
She is survived by: her children, Kayla Dickinson (Joseph) of Dyer, TN, Tina Stephenson (David) of Granite City, Tammy Chamness of Granite City and Johnny Hall of Granite City. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
