Steven E. Rains Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven E. Rains of Granite City, Illinois, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E. Rains and Norma I. Rains (Howton); and his niece Stephanie Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rains (Hutson); his daughters, Cindi (Tony Faulkner), Tami Finch and Kari (Rich Takmajian); his grandchildren, Rose Weeks, Rob Finch, Renee, Jamie, Doug Horton, Katie, Nathan Elliott, Brant Takmajian and Emma; his great grandchildren, Ciara, Hailey, Maddie, Emily, Chloe, Taylor and Ben; his sister Linda (Bill Yates); his nephew Bryan (Traci Yates); his pet Tanner; and his cousin Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He is also survived by brothers and other close friends.
