He was predeceased by: his father Ermon D. Collins; and his siblings, Steve Collins, Mike Collins and Vicki Pratt. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Waterhouse Collins; his wife Christine Collins; his children, Jennifer Hughes (Carl), Jamie Cameron (Jimmy), Troy Risinger (Ambur) and Seanna Risinger; his grandchildren, Nathan Hughes, Ethan Risinger, Carson Cameron, Collin Hughes, Ian Risinger, Eli Hughes, Kynzlee Ray and Kennedy Cameron; his brother Dave Collins; and his cousin Allen Wishman.
