Betty Clinton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Clinton (Granville, Illinois), who passed away on December 26, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Kuhne and Eaula Kuhne (Lonie); her grandson Chris Kavanagh; her son-in-law Mike Chasteen; and her brother Bill Kuhne.

She is survived by: her husband Douglas Clinton of McNabb; her children, Jerry Mekley (Kathy) of Hennepin and Sherri Chasteen of Creve Coeur; her grandsons, Michael Mekley and Jerad Mekley (Brittney); and her great grandchildren, Milly, Madalyn, Molly and Mae Mekley.
