She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich Bauer and Anny Bauer (Kehrer); and her sister Regina Paschke (Friedhelm). She is survived by: her husband Ulfert Broockmann; her siblings, Klaus Bauer (Fara), Dieter Bauer (Thea) and Christa Dinsenbacher (Bill); her daughters, Karen Nuetzmann (Michael) and Kerstin Broockmann (Karen); and her grandsons, John and Matthew Nuetzmann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
