We announce the death of James Arthur Thompson of Grayslake, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Katharine Athey and Jeffery Alvin Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Connie Thompson; his daughters, Cary Thompson (Devin), Abigail Mitchell (Bobbie), Kelsey Thompson and Katie Becker; and his grandchildren, Audrey, Eve, Hailey and Clay.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adler Lodge (1500 N Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Adler Lodge 1500 (1500 N Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048).
