He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Koenig and Anna Koenig; his wife Sandra; his brother Michael; and his niece Annie Koenig.

He is survived by : his children, Kim Koenig and Mark Koenig (Marie Hall); his niece Terri Lamberti; and his nephews, Mike Koenig and Paul Koenig.
