She is survived by: her parents, Donna O'Shea and Robert O'Shea; her husband Jeffrey; her children, Kara Van Laeke of Austin, TX, Brian Van Laeke of Grayslake, IL and Erik Van Laeke of Hillsboro, OR; and her siblings, Robert O'Shea (Shirley) and Karen Jarrard (David).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strang Funeral Chapel (410 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gilbert Catholic Church (301 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030).
