It is with sadness that the passing of Max Jacob (Grayslake, Illinois) is shared. Max, born on September 28, 1937, passed away on July 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Jacob and Ruth Jacob; his brother Sidney Jacob; his sister-in-law Janet Jacob; and his sister Terry Kane.
He is survived by: his wife Donna S. Jacob; his sons, Dr. Mark Jacob (Ann), Gary Jacob, Shantal Alonso and Joel Jacob (Deanna); and his grandchildren, Bryan, Alex, Maya, Eli, Sophia and Jayson.
