She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Weis; and her stepson Thomas Weis. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Armes; her granddaughter Rebecca Compton (Rick); her stepchildren, Michael Weis (Lori), Christine Weis and Joan Weis; her stepgrandchildren, Samantha, Jason, Brian and Connor; and her caregiver Amanda Lawson.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America in her honor.
