She was predeceased by: her sister Hannah; and her great-grandparents, William and Phyllis Farmer. She is survived by: her parents, Matt and Marsha; her siblings, Emily and Jacob; and her grandparents, Antonio, Lidia Kubiuk, Michael and Billie Farmer.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Sophia's family to help with the funeral expenses are greatly appreciated.
