She was predeceased by: her sister Hannah; and her great-grandparents, William and Phyllis Farmer. She is survived by: her parents, Matt and Marsha; her siblings, Emily and Jacob; and her grandparents, Antonio, Lidia Kubiuk, Michael and Billie Farmer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the The Chapel (25270 IL-60, Grayslake, IL 60030). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
